Introduction

I doubted I even wanted to start one of these things, but here I am with a clichéd introduction into who I am, what I am, and what I'm doing here. As the header implies: this blog was started so I can leave and show my reviews, for both published works and fanworks, without some author throwing a fit and deleting the comment. I have never, ever been fond of people cleaning up comments from people who raise good issues on works that are visibly flawed. The only exception I can understand is for spam or clear harassment, of which I do not aim to do. I don't care about your personal life, insofar as you post it online, anymore than you care about mine.

What I do care about is saying what you wish to say without someone hovering over your dissent and erasing it all with a 'delete' button, especially if you took the time to say why and how something was wrong. 

I coughed out this creation as a form of an outlet, where I can write reviews with as much gusto and passion as I can. To those of you wondering, why are you wasting your time? I'll answer: I, as much as you, will grow tired of this one day. But for this moment, if you can spend all that time writing novel length fics, I can spend time reading and reviewing it. I will see if your work merits the quality others say it does. 

If you're just here for entertainment, have at it. 

One last thing: if you want to ask whether I'm racist/sexist/homophobic/or any other 'ite' or 'ism', I'll tell you no. I dislike everyone equally, and can respect well thought-out works and arguments regardless of whatever skin or flesh they were born in. I will treat you equally in my criticism of you; we will be like recruits for the IDF: you can be a farmer's son or the Prime Minister's son, but we'll be in basic training regardless of affiliation.
